Orders with the standard delivery are processed within 1-3 working days and then dispatched by courier on a 3-6 working day delivery service. International orders may take longer.

If a parcel is returned to us because the courier has been unable to obtain a signature, unsuccessful delivery attempts have been made or is returned to us for whatever reason, there will be an additional charge to have your parcel redelivered.

The cost of international shipping will be according to the volume and weight of your order and the destination country. Please enquire for cost at info@mugsonline.co.uk 

International orders via the UK/Worldwide store will occur additional duties/taxes, Shipping fees at checkout are excluding any duties/taxes.
